We here at Salt Creek Portrait Art are helping to recognize and celebrate the first 50 years of the Ashland Volunteer Rescue Department, and their 50 year partnership with the Ashland Volunteer Fire Department. Without the dedication of our amazing EMT's, Paramedics, and Firefighters, our community would not be the safe and growing community that it is today. They and their families have and continue to sacrifice their time, in order that every community member can get the timely and professional level of care that they need within minutes. 
We here at Salt Creek Portrait Art know about their dedication first hand, as the spouse of Salt Creek Portrait Art's owner has been one of those volunteers for nearly a quarter of a century here in Ashland, as well as they have both benefited from a speedy emergency responses in their own times of need. 
As a way to give back to all of the dedicated volunteers of these two programs, Tonja will be photographing each member, and creating a memorial wall piece that showcases and memorializes all of the work each of these dedicated individuals have put in together as a team serving the Ashland Community at their greatest time of need.
